HOW WE WORK

As a client of Amplify Wealth, our focus is on you. We take the time to understand what’s important to you, what you want to achieve, and how we can best support you to get there.

Our advice journey follows a clear process, designed to keep you informed and supported every step of the way. We operate on a 12-month engagement basis so our relationship remains active, accountable and focused on helping you make progress.

First Meeting: We start with a first meeting – getting to know you, your aspirations and what is really important to you.

Engagement and Discovery: We then agree on our terms of engagement and commence our data collection and research phase.

Strategy and Modelling: During the early months we like to discuss the strategies available to you, prepare financial modelling (if required) and then make our recommendations (known as a Statement of Advice).

Implementation: Once our recommendations are agreed upon, we take care of implementing the advice.

Review and Progress: In any 12-month period, we review the path you are on, the milestones you have achieved and those we are targeting for the next 12 months. We will meet at least annually but more often if required, especially if there are significant complexities or change in your life. You can always reach out to us any time you have questions or concerns. 

OUR FEES

When it comes to our fees, we prioritise transparency and charge a fixed fee for the work we do. We do not charge asset-based fees.

We work on a 12-month contract basis and your fees may be paid upfront, in monthly instalments or a combination of both.

Depending on your circumstances there are multiple ways to pay your advice fees:

  • Via your bank account or credit card

  • Via your super fund or investment account

  • Via your business

Advice fees are partly tax-deductible and apportioned according to your advice needs. A statement estimating the breakdown can be provided to you.

We do not accept commissions or referral fees when collaborating with our preferred professionals. We choose to work with a “best of breed” team to ensure you achieve the best possible outcome.

In the event you require personal insurance advice (life insurance or income protection), we may provide a reduced advice fee if we accept insurance commissions. Alternatively, we will rebate all commissions and simply charge a fixed fee for our work.
